SHANTEO® Emerald Forest Kirishima Supreme Matcha Green Tea Organic has been grown for more than 20 years. It's been a long time since the concept of organic tea was discovered by the tea industry.
The Supreme Matcha Green Tea Organic by SHANTEO® powder is precisely ground, offering a significant advantage in that it facilitates the absorption of crucial nutrients such as catechins, saponins, and vitamins, which are naturally present in the tea leaves. This can be achieved by simply mixing it with boiling water, for example, and offers the profound, unmistakable taste of a noble top matcha. The Supreme variety is called the best organic matcha in Japan by a multitude of Japanese tea instructors.
The volcanic highlands of Kirishima and the natural dosage of sunlight that results from the layers of fog that are typical there give it its flavour.

Brewing Temperature: 70 °C
Preparation: In a Matcha bowl, place 1 g of Matcha and add 100 g of water at 70 °C. Use a matcha broom or a milk frother to whisk the mixture for approximately 30 seconds until it starts to foam.
