Lung Ching Organic 1st Grade Premium Green Tea is a variety of green tea and is prepared by hand by heating in large pans. It is roasted shortly after being picked, which stops the oxidation process, similar to most other green tea varieties.
Lung Ching 1st Grade keeps a very high concentration of antioxidants, catechins, and other polyphenolic ingredients by stopping oxidation.

A high caffeine level in Lung Ching Organic 1st Grade Premium Green Tea by SHANTEO® is nearly the same as in a coffee with a mildly astringent taste.
