It gives a Champagne-like touch and a slightly acidic aftertaste. Aroma-forming kefir yeasts work their magic and form the floral notes present in this bar.
Pairing Suggestion: Pair with a sweet, ruby-hued, semi-sparkling dessert wine with floral notes and hints of red berries. Kefir chocolate also pairs with Italy's dessert wine's similar tart flavour profile, Vin Santo. And if you want to take it further, add goat cheese and young honey for an entirely decadent experience.
